  • Wi-Fi

    Your WIFI password is included in the check in instructions. It is also located on the back of your wifi equipment. In the event the wifi is not working, please reboot the equipment by unplugging it for a few seconds. If you are still having difficulties, contact office@urbanfurnished.com with a screenshot of available networks so we can connect you to something else while resolving the issue with your providor. 

  • TV & Streaming

    All of our apartments come equipped with smart TV capabilities. You will need your own account information to log into streaming apps as Urban Furnished does not provide one. Please remember to log out when your stay is over. 

  • Can I order food delivery to my apartment?

    Of course! The delivery person will either ring the doorbell for you to buzz them up or call to have you come down and meet them. 


  • Can I order / receive packages?

    Absolutely! Just be sure to include your apartment number in the mailing address so the package ends up in the right spot. If your package is small enough it will be stored in the mailbox. Larger packages will be left in the lobby or outside your door.

  • I can’t find my mail key. What do I do?

    Have you tried looking in all drawers and cabinets, or even a hook on the wall?

    If it’s nowhere to be found, you can let us know and we will contact management to get and deliver a new copy.


  • Can I have guests over?

    Sure thing! Please just be sure to keep excessive noise to a minimum, especially during overnight and early morning hours. No parties! 


    If you're having a slumber party and you need an air mattress, we can provide one for an additional one time fee of $65. Please contact office@urbanfurnished.com to arrange delivery. 


  • Do you offer cleaning services?

    Yes! We offer cleaning appointments for an additional cost. Service includes a full cleaning of the apartment and laundering of the sheets and towels. Personal laundry is included by request for an extra charge. 


    Studio: $185

    1 Bedroom: $200

    2 Bedroom: $250

    3 Bedroom: $280


  • Can I get extra supplies? (towels, soap, etc)

    We provide a starter kit of a few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels, dish soap, and hand soap. Replenishing the supplies is at your discretion. 


  • One of the appliances isn’t working, can someone come and fix it?

    Please reach out to office@urbanfurnished.com with your address and description of your issue. The office team will respond with maintenance availability and arrange a visit to troubleshoot the equipment. If it needs to be escalated to a technician, the office team will reach out and coordinate accordingly.

  • How late do we have until checkout?

    Checkout is at 11AM. If you need a late checkout, please contact office@urbanfurnished.com. Please note late checkout is subject to availability and incurs an additional cost. 

  • Is there an elevator?

    Elevators are featured in some of our buildings and are stated as such in the unit description. 

  • Does the kitchen come equipped with basic cooking supplies?

    Yes! Your kitchen will be equipped with all the necessities you need. We do not offer equipment such as blenders, toaster ovens, air fryers, etc. 

  • Is my pet allowed?

    We love our pets as much as you do and want them along for the stay. Pets are subject to owner approval on a case by case basis. Please let the team know if you are planning on bringing your fur baby, so we can request approval.  


    A pet cleaning fee will incur when bringing pets to any of the pet friendly apartments.

  • Is the sofa a pullout bed?

    Some of our units do have pull out sofas, as indicated in the unit description. If it's ever unclear, the booking team can clarify as you're securing your apartment.

  • Was the building recently renovated?

    All our apartments are kept at a high standard with routine maintenance being done in order to preserve the high quality we aspire to offer our guests; this includes renovations when needed.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We have a 30 day cancellation policy- you are able to cancel or shorten your stay as long as the new end date is at or beyond 30 days from the time of your request.


    If you cancel less than 30 days before your check in date you will be liable for the first month's rent. 

  • How do I contact the office?

    We are available via email at office@urbanfurnished.com or by phone at 646.476.6643. Please note the office is open from 9-5, Monday-Friday, and will only be available after hours for emergencies.

  • Do the units have safes?

    Our units do no have a safe installed. Feel free to purchase your own to have with you during your stay.

  • Where is the trash?

    The location of the trash disposal area is included in your check in instructions. Please separate garbage and recycling, and do not leave garbage on the street. The super will take care of bringing out the garbage on the designated pick up day. 

  • Can I check in early?

    Early check in is subject to availability and incurs an early check in fee. Please contact the office at office@urbanfurnished.com to inquire about availability. 

  • Is smoking allowed?

    All our apartments are strictly non-smoking. Any violations are subject to a penalty of up to $1200.
